The problem with that is... We could spend the whole week and kill 1-2 bosses.. Maybe.. Or we can definitely continue and kill 8 bosses which people still need upgrades from and then if we actually manage to get our 3rd night we can maybe kill another boss and practice on a second.

I personally am not running fatal from a progression stand point. I started this because my friends wanted to raid and have fun doing so. However I don't want to dictate and say, this is how it is going to be, I want everyone to be playing what they enjoy to play and be happy enough with where the guild is going.

Perhaps I should create a poll to see Where everybody wants the guild to be going. Or everyone can just post here their thoughts on the matter.

Me - I personally do not want to run a progression guild ever again. I play to have fun, I don't want to be serious in wow. I feel with the team we have we can have fun and progress at a steady enough pace for everyone to enjoy. I understand and feel the frustration from some of you though so.. Yes please comment so we can work out a direction as a team. I will mention this thread in the MOTD.

but at the same time we have atleast 2 people we still need to gear so

Although I'm not there this week, I think too many people still can use loot to start skipping bosses yet.

The purpose served would be making progression easier. Basically, gear pads the raid, making mistakes less significant. For example on Megaera, if someone drops drops fire in a bad spot, our healers have the gear to heal that extra damage without much difference, whereas with less gear that same exact scenario may cause a wipe.
